How to customize your standard maternity clothing, Choose 'plan outfit' at the clothing dresser BEFORE your sim starts showing pregnant! Then choose one of the maternity shirts wich are used standard. Then give 'em a brand new look! I'm not sure if you can also choose other shirts for pregnancy. Pants are most of the time the sporty pants, but other pants can also be used if i'm not mistaken. Will be updated soon! xx Joelle
